Javadi
Javadi Wines was established in 2004 by Troy and Lori Javadi. They have been winegrape growers for 15 years. The Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grapes were planted in 2000 on their ranch in Paso Robles, CA. As a reward for their hard work farming the vineyard, Troy & Lori decided to bottle a wine of their own to enjoy! The 2004 Sangiovese is a dark bold wine not often synonymous to the Sangiovese varietal. Unique farming techniques were used to reduce the berry size of the grape to provide a more robust wine. The Javadis enjoy experimenting with various farming practices to provide the highest quality wine possible.
